On Wednesday, I went to the Post Office to ship a copy of my book to a customer. When asked how the package should be sent, I replied without even thinking, \u201cMixed media mail, please\u2026. \u201c<\/p>\n

Who knows – you may even find yourself inspired to begin a creative practice. I know self-care is hard for caregivers, but even a half-hour once or twice a week can give your tired brain and body a big mental and physical boost.\u00a0<\/span>In addition, it\u2019s a powerful tool, along with writing, to answer the\u201cWho Am I\/What Now\u201d questions once caregiving comes to an end.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
